OPERATING AGREEMENT V.1.0
By accessing the Forging Light ecosystem, including our mobile applications (TruFilm, SilicaCine, MVMNTS) and desktop software (StoryForge, SilicaLabs), you agree to operate within the parameters of this agreement. Our tools are designed for the architecture of imagination; they may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon the sovereignty of other users.
All technology, including but not limited to the physics-based rendering engines, the "Arc" storytelling methodology, and proprietary codebases, remains the exclusive property of Forging Light. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create—but the "Framework" itself is ours.
Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the physics-based logic from TruFilm or SilicaLabs is a violation of this protocol and will result in immediate termination of access.
Forging Light provides tools "as-is." While we strive for the perfection of celluloid science, we do not warrant that our software will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any creative loss, data corruption, or missed deadlines resulting from the use of our experimental frameworks.
Access to professional-grade tools may require a financial uplink. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. As stated in our Privacy Protocol, we do not store your financial data. Subscriptions and one-time licenses are final unless otherwise dictated by the platform of purchase (Apple App Store / Microsoft Store).
We reserve the right to modify these terms as our technology evolves. Continued use of the "Framework" constitutes your acceptance of the new light we bring to these protocols.
